Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

IQ Crawl provides digital services, including real-time AI processing, data scraping, and custom report generation. Because our platform incurs immediate, non-recoverable costs (such as server, proxy, and AI processing fees) the moment a competitor analysis is initiated, we do not offer refunds, either full or partial.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain full access to your account and plan features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Cancelling your subscription prevents future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current or previous billing periods.

Plan Changes (Upgrades and Downgrades)

Upgrades: Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated against your current billing period.

Downgrades: Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain your current plan's features until the cycle resets. We do not provide prorated refunds for downgrades made mid-cycle.

Exceptional Circumstances

While all sales are final, if you experience a critical technical failure on our end that prevents the delivery of your report, please contact support immediately. We will review these rare instances on a case-by-case basis to provide account credits or alternative resolutions.
